• Ensure availability of critical spare parts, chemical and other consumables and working tools for operation and maintenance.
• Co-ordinate with Procurement and Vendors for flawless delivery of supplies and services.
• OPEX Budget Planning for R&M and maintain departmental OPEX as per allocated budget.
• Ensure that all operational logs are maintained and managed by concern supervisors.
• Ensure compliance with HSE protocols during maintenance related activities. • Ensure that utilities related systems are maintained within their validated Parameters to achieve consistent quality and reliability.
• Manpower and Resource Management for smooth operation and maintenance of Plant Machinery.
• Prepare periodic reports of maintenance activities
• Develop and implement systems, policies, and procedure so that engineering activities are operated safely and effectively.
• Root Cause Analysis for equipment problems and countermeasures for their resolution.
Project Management:
• Project feasibility study, engineering, planning, creating BOQs, procurement, installation & commissioning of projects.
• Technical and commercial evaluation of process equipment to support procurement.
• Design and evaluate technical options for process capacity enhancement via coordination with Manufacturing departments.
• Support in Procurement of material and equipment, tender the project to Third party and lead execution.
• Prepare CAPEX Budget for planned projects and maintain departmental CAPEX as per allocated budget.
• Manpower, time and resource management for effective execution of projects and Maintenance Activities.
• Ensure the projects are delivered on-time, within allocated budget and as per the project scope.
